9. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Return Shipping

  • MicroBasics will pay return shipping costs only if the product arrived damaged or the incorrect product was sent.
  • In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If your return qualifies, a prepaid return label will be provided via email.
